Babylon Contemporary Fine Art is pleased to present Origin, an exhibition of landscape photography by Portland-based Jack Honeysett and Los Angeles-based Natalie Arriola.
Both artists’ work conjure complementary visions of the American West: it’s cadence, atmosphere, and ethos. Arriola’s surrealist, spatial vision gives way to Honeysett’s sculptural, textured expressions. Their meticulous work demonstrates a heightened sense of form and light. Ultimately, these remarkable images amount to a sum greater than their parts -- perhaps the most seductive quality of photography.
Babylon Contemporary Fine art is pleased to present Artspeaks, an exhibition of the marvelously tactile paintings of Adeola Ajayi. The accompanying silent auction will benefit his namesake Adeola Ajayi Foundation (AAF).
Committed to educating and empowering underprivileged children, Adeola has been raising funds every year to host annual Basketball camps in his home country of Nigeria. They provide necessary venues, equipment, and instruction -- most importantly, the foundation fosters a stable, consistent environment that helps them build character and acquire skills needed to achieve their fullest potential.
